Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • No restocking fees apply to standard returns

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Golf Balls (for hygiene reasons once packaging is opened)
  • Personalized or Customized Products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products showing signs of use or wear
  • Items purchased as final sale or clearance

Note: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply for the new item.
