Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and included
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the status of your refund.
Refund Timeline:
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- No restocking fees apply to standard returns
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Golf Balls (for hygiene reasons once packaging is opened)
- Personalized or Customized Products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products showing signs of use or wear
- Items purchased as final sale or clearance
Exchange Note: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply for the new item.
